All group bookings are confirmed only after full payment (at least 3 weeks before the tour date).
Cancellation Policy:

More than 14 days before the scheduled date: 100% refund

Between 7 and 14 days before the tour: 50% refund

Less than 7 days before the tour: no refund
No-shows on the day of the tour will not be refunded.
Rescheduling Possible
Subject to availability, a one-time rescheduling can be offered free of charge if requested at least 10 days in advance.
Cancellation by Us
In the event of an exceptional cancellation on our part (extreme weather, logistical issues, etc.), the client may choose between rescheduling or a full refund.
